Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in Denver seeks a Sr. Energy Engineer to develop energy, water, and greenhouse gas reduction strategies for commercial real estate clients. You will lead energy saving initiatives, perform audits, and prepare cost estimates.

The role requires 5–8 years of related experience, a technical degree (ABET-accredited preferred), strong data analysis and communication skills, and travel up to 12 days per month.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering or related technical field.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in energy/EE
• ABET-accredited engineering degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of energy saving strategies and CO₂ reduction measures for existing buildings.
• Prepare preliminary cost estimates for recommended measures.
• Perform ASHRAE Level I & II Energy Audits in existing buildings.
• Support retro-commissioning of existing buildings.
• Provide technical reports and stakeholder communications.
