Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Sr. Sustainability Analyst to support our Environmental Sustainability team.

The role focuses on tracking Scope 1, 2, and 3 GHG emissions data across the Americas region and driving sustainability initiatives within the real estate portfolio. The candidate should have hands-on sustainability and data skills, with proficiency in Excel and Smartsheet, and experience leading certifications and related projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 3+ years of sustainability data and reporting experience.
• Familiarity with GHG frameworks and green certification standards.
• Strong data analysis and Excel/Smartsheet proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Americas Scope 1-3 data and QA/QC for reporting.
• Support client reporting and develop dashboards.
• Lead green building certifications and audits.
• Collaborate with facilities and real estate teams regionally.
• Present findings at quarterly client meetings.
