Job summary

Energy Infrastructure Partners LLC is seeking a Senior Energy Engineer to support commercial new construction and major renovations. You will develop and review whole-building energy models, establish baseline and proposed performance, and quantify energy savings and economic impacts.

The role requires translating results into practical design recommendations for owners, architects, and engineers while influencing equipment, controls, and envelope decisions.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience developing whole-building energy models for commercial projects.
• Ability to translate modeling results into practical energy efficiency recommendations.
• Experience reading architectural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing drawings.
• Knowledge of ASHRAE 90.1/IECC and energy codes.
• Strong communication with owners, architects, and engineers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed energy models for commercial projects.
• Establish baseline and proposed performance using codes and standards.
• Identify energy efficiency opportunities during design and preconstruction.
• Quantify energy, peak demand, and cost savings from proposed measures.
• Prepare technical deliverables: reports, memos, and presentations.
• Collaborate with design teams to incorporate recommendations.
