Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or closely related discipline with seven years of professional engineering experience.
- Non-degreed professional may be considered with ten years of relevant energy assessments experience.
- Five years minimum focusing on energy engineering, energy consulting, or energy-related systems; ASHRAE energy auditing experience preferred.
- Experience with energy and economic analyses, trending, and regression analyses; familiarity with BMS for field work.
Responsibilities
- Identifying and quantifying energy efficiency opportunities for commercial and industrial clients.
- Performing energy and economic analyses and reviewing assessments and calculations.
- Collaborating with customers, answering questions, and developing projects.
- Preparing reports and delivering presentations; conducting site surveys and facilities assessments.
- Mentoring team members and supporting utility energy efficiency programs.
