Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 10+ years of program leadership experience.
• Experience leading complex programs in energy efficiency or regulated industries.
• Strong ability to manage budgets, forecast outcomes, and drive profitability.
• Proven track record of coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
