Energy Solutions seeks a Senior Manager to lead the planning, administration, and performance of major Energy Efficiency programs. This role shapes budgeting practices, drives cross-functional delivery, and partners with senior leadership to guide program planning and execution.

You will oversee contract management, QA/QC standards, and staff development while building strong client relationships within the Chicago/Midwest region to advance profitability and program excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• 10+ years leading and managing complex programs in energy efficiency or regulated industries
• 5+ years leading teams with delivery accountability
• Strong understanding of Demand Side Management and regulatory frameworks
• Experience with program design in midstream distribution channels
• Proven ability to manage budgets, forecasting, and profitability
• Experience managing client relationships and cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Establish and evolve program implementation frameworks and quality standards
• Lead cross-functional coordination to ensure aligned execution
• Design and implement operational strategies to improve delivery efficiency
• Analyze performance trends, market conditions, and risks for strategic decisions
