We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Program Manager to join our growing team in Chicago, IL. The Senior Program Manager will be a part of a leadership team that manages and oversees outreach, operations, technical, and marketing professionals to deliver large‑scale programming and exceed client goals and expectations. The role will play a highly visible role both internally and externally and will be responsible for developing and delivering short‑ and long‑term implementation plans, budgets and forecasts; leading cross‑functional program implementation activities; and developing trusted relationships with clients, industry stakeholders, and program contacts.
Resource Innovations offers competitive salaries based on a candidate's skills, experience and qualifications for the position. The compensation range for the base salary for this position is $92,500-$135,000. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus. The stated salary represents the expected compensation for this position. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as the candidate's experience, education and location.
