Job summary

Resource Innovations is looking for a Senior Program Manager in Chicago, IL, to lead energy efficiency projects and manage program implementation for utility clients. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in energy-efficiency projects and a Bachelor's degree in a related field.

The Senior Program Manager will be responsible for developing project scopes, managing budgets, and fostering client relationships. Competitive salary range from $92,500 to $135,000 plus comprehensive benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in energy-efficiency or DSM related experience.
• Proven success in developing and implementing project scopes, budgets, and plans.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities
