ICF is seeking a Senior Technical Specialist to support demand-side management programs in California. You will collaborate with program implementation, operations, IT, engineering, and reporting teams to deliver regular and ad hoc KPI reporting and client-facing presentations.

Strong data reporting, Power BI, and Excel (VBA) skills are required, with experience in CPUC reporting and working knowledge of energy efficiency measures. Some travel within the LA metro area is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field; 4+ years experience in program tracking, reporting and KPI presentation
• Knowledge of energy efficiency measures and demand-side management concepts
• Experience with data reporting to senior management and client-facing stakeholders
• Familiarity with California deemed and custom project requirements and regulatory reporting

Responsabilités

• Develop common reporting templates using varying data for regular and ad hoc reports
• Collect energy efficiency and electrification KPI data from multiple stakeholders
• Compile data into standard reporting templates and present to senior management
• Track and support recurring energy measure calculation updates
• Maintain program databases, perform data integrity checks and updates
• Assist with CPUC level reporting and third-party data requests
• Create Power BI dashboards and advanced Excel workbooks for reporting
