ICF is seeking a Senior Account Specialist to build trusted relationships with public agencies and drive energy efficiency retrofit, infrastructure, and resiliency projects in California.

Responsibilities include strategic relationship sales, consultative discovery, and pipeline development within a national public sector market. Travel 25-40% to support business development and project opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 1 year related experience can substitute for 1 year of education.
• 5+ years in consultative, relationship-based sales, business development, or strategic account management with complex solutions.
• Must have a valid driver's license and pass MVR check.

Responsabilités

• Strategic Relationship Sales: Develop trusted, long-term relationships with public agency leaders and stakeholders.
• Consultative Selling: Lead discovery to understand needs, budgets, risks, priorities and connect agencies with solutions.
• Sector Activation: Engage agencies by navigating stakeholder environments and create reasons to act on energy goals.
• Pipeline Development: Identify, prospect, and activate new public agencies and manage a qualified pipeline.
• Customer Leadership: Coordinate internal resources and partners to maintain high-quality customer experience.
