Job summary

Airswift is seeking a Contracts Specialist III for a 6-month on-site role in Houston, TX, with remote Fridays. The position focuses on drafting, reviewing and negotiating energy trading agreements covering physical power and natural gas transactions.

Ideal candidates will have hands-on EEI, Gas NAESB and NGL NAESB experience, strong risk management skills and the ability to balance commercial objectives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating energy trading agreements (EEI, NAESB, ISDA).
• Ability to analyze and mitigate contractual and regulatory risk while balancing business objectives.
• Strong drafting and document control capabilities; proficient in MS Office.
• Experience managing contract records and amendments in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate energy trading agreements for physical and financial transactions.
• Support EEI, Gas NAESB and NGL NAESB contract terms and related amendments.
• Maintain contract databases and track workflow and approvals.
• Collaborate with legal, risk and commercial teams to balance risk and commercial objectives.
