Qualifications

• Seven+ years of progressive experience in project procurement, contract administration, subcontract management, commercial management, or related supply chain discipline
• Hands-on experience administering purchase orders or subcontracts, evaluating changes, supporting negotiations, and managing post-award commercial issues
• Experience with invoice review, claims, warranties, supplier performance, and contract closeout

Responsibilities

• Administer contracts from award through final closeout
• Evaluate change orders and support negotiations
• Review invoices against contractual milestones, receiving records, approved progress, deliverables, retainage, and approved changes
• Support commercial risk management, warranties, and claims handling
