Job summary

Diversified Energy Company in Houston seeks a Senior Manager, Commercial Contract Administrator to oversee the full lifecycle of commercial agreements across gas, crude, NGLs, and related services. You will coordinate assignments, renewals, and terminations, working with Marketing, Legal, Accounting, Operations, and Midstream to ensure timely execution and accurate records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Experience in contract administration or energy marketing preferred.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple agreements and deadlines.
• Ability to read contracts and summarize key terms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across teams.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and contract tools; energy industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate contract assignments, consents, amendments for acquisitions and assets.
• Maintain inventory of agreements with ownership, dates, renewal terms.
• Manage renewals, extensions, terminations, and notice processes.
• Review and summarize pricing, fees, volumes, term, and termination rights.
• Assist with due diligence and Day 1 readiness by organizing contracts.
• Ensure documents are filed in contract-management systems.
• Prepare contract summaries, status reports, obligation calendars.
• Lead contract-management projects like template development and data cleanup.
• Coordinate with accounting on invoicing and revenue impacts.
