Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in land or right-of-way work.
• Experience negotiating and securing easements, rights-of-way, surface use agreements, and land acquisitions.
• Experience coordinating with landowners, attorneys, surveyors, engineers, regulatory agencies, and project management teams.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate easements, rights-of-way, and related land agreements with landowners.
• Coordinate with attorneys, surveyors, engineers, regulatory agencies, and project teams on ROW matters.
• Review title commitments, easements, and property records to support project needs.
• Support on-site activities for pipeline/energy infrastructure projects in Houston, TX.
