Job summary

Airswift is seeking a Contracts Administrator to support a major client in Houston, TX on a 12-month assignment with possible extension. You will manage and administer large EPC Prime Contracts for LNG projects in the Gulf Coast, guiding contract terms and tracking obligations.

Partner with cross-functional teams to document status, develop risk mitigations, and ensure compliance using company tools and templates. Strong negotiation and training abilities are essential.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required in Business, Law, Finance, or Supply Chain or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
  • Experience with dispute resolution, claims management, contracting, procurement, supply chain management, and commercial legal experience preferred.
  • Experience with LNG or complex high-value EPC contracts preferred.
  • Experience with day-to-day management of high-volume contract-related inquiries and change management preferred.
  • Knowledge of contracting strategies and general corporate business practices.

Responsibilities

  • Aid in negotiating and drafting complex EPC Prime Contract Change Orders with EPC Contractors.
  • Draft formal correspondence such as notices, letters related to design clarifications and responses to inquiries.
  • Administer EPC Prime Contract and manage Owner and Contractor obligations; track and expedite obligations.
  • Review, advise, and train project team on EPC Prime Contract and deliver workshops on EPC Prime Contract obligations.
  • Provide life cycle support of the EPC Prime Contract including change management and contract close-out.
