Job summary

Gleeds is seeking an experienced Senior Construction Manager to support delivery of a major construction project in South East, New Mexico. The role demands senior leadership across project delivery and contractor performance in large-scale, complex projects, ideally within nuclear, energy, industrial, or highly regulated sectors.

You will oversee construction planning, safety, quality, schedule, and cost, develop contracting strategies to mitigate client risk, and collaborate with clients,

Qualifications

• 10+ years in construction management leading major or complex projects.
• Experience with large-scale EPC contracts and capital projects.
• Strong knowledge of contract administration, risk and change management.
• Experience in nuclear or highly regulated environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior leadership across construction activities for a major energy project.
• Lead construction from Engineering through execution, commissioning and closeout.
• Oversee large, complex EPC contracts and contractor performance.
• Identify and mitigate contractual and commercial risks.
• Review changes, notices, claims and potential exposure.
• Monitor schedule, budget, quality, safety and progress.
• Drive project controls, reporting to senior leadership.
