Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team in New Mexico for nuclear construction projects. You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, manage critical milestones, and ensure compliance with governance and cost controls.

The role requires navigating highly regulated environments and coordinating with owners, engineers, and contractors. Ideal candidates bring 15+ years of PM experience, PMP certification, and a proven track record of delivering large-scale

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field.
Minimum 15 years of project management experience, preferably in Nuclear, Energy, Chemical, Data Center or other highly-regulated facilities.
PMP certification required.
Ability to operate independently with minimal oversight.
Proven experience managing full project lifecycle within assigned budgets.

Responsibilities

Manage stakeholders including architects, engineers, and supply chains to deliver compliant projects.
Analyze, track, and manage critical milestone activities to avoid schedule slips.
Verify that governance, processes and systems are utilized on projects.
Ensure application of best practice on all projects.
Produce formal project status reports and other reports as required.
Forecast and update key project milestones.
Provide technical support to owners, architects, general contractors and regional stakeholders.
Respond rapidly to RFIs from the field.
