Job summary

Franklin Energy is seeking an Energy Auditor II to provide energy efficiency assessments for small business tenants, building owners, and utility customers. You will recommend modifications to electric and gas systems, install efficiency devices, and promote rebates while delivering high-quality service.

You will conduct on-site walkthroughs, train junior staff, and support program performance reporting. Travel up to 75% may be required as part of project delivery.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience required.
• 1 year of experience as Energy Auditor I or equivalent.
• BPI Fundamentals or above certification required.

Responsibilities

• Perform energy assessments of properties to identify gas and electric savings.
• Install energy-saving devices such as LED lamps and aerators.
• Explain assessment findings and rebates to customers and clients.
• Mentor new Energy Specialists and conduct field trainings.
