Job summary

RINA is seeking a Senior NA Energy Engineering Project Manager to lead asset integrity and related engineering projects from the Houston office. You will drive maintenance, reliability, inspection, and technical due diligence across energy sectors while balancing technical delivery, commercial performance, and client expectations.

The role requires strong project leadership, field oversight, and the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams across North America, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in industrial inspection, asset integrity, project management, maintenance, reliability, engineering support, or related field.
• Experience managing projects, coordinating field activities, and delivering work safely, on schedule, and within budget.
• Strong understanding of industrial facilities, inspection practices, safety requirements, and quality processes.
• Experience working with multidisciplinary teams, clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high standard of execution and customer service.
• Relevant certifications in inspection, NDT, project management, safety, or asset integrity desirable.
• Willingness to travel throughout North America as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support execution of asset integrity, maintenance engineering, reliability, inspection and due diligence projects.
• Act as Project Manager, Lead Inspector, or SME for assigned projects with field oversight.
• Plan, organize, and coordinate personnel, subcontractors, and technical activities for safe, profitable delivery.
• Prepare inspection reports, plans, field procedures, and technical recommendations.
• Support proposal development, cost estimation, and technical solutions for multidisciplinary opportunities.
• Represent the client for inspection and asset integrity projects and develop business relationships.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, mentoring of inspection personnel, and day-to-day supervision.
• Support resource planning and capability development to grow North American services.
• Contribute to development and improvement of procedures, standards, and quality processes.
• Ensure compliance with standards, client requirements, safety, and quality management.
