Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural engineering; Master’s preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in structural engineering or related fields.
• Illinois Structural Engineer (SE) license; PE in other states a plus.
• Experience with design, analysis, and project management.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute advanced structural engineering tasks including design, analysis, and verification of structural elements.
• Provide day-to-day technical guidance to junior engineers and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Ensure compliance with internal Quality Management System and client requirements; participate in reviews.
