Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; PMP preferred.
• Experience leading NDT/Asset Integrity projects.
• Knowledge of API inspection programs and industry standards.
• Ability to travel as needed to client sites.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills across all levels.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure with tight timelines.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting and project reporting.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate commercial, technical, and contractual requirements for projects.
• Manage a portfolio of NDT and Asset Integrity projects across inspection types.
• Coordinate API inspection programs and personnel for various API standards.
• Allocate qualified personnel, equipment, and resources for project execution.
• Serve as the primary client contact regarding status, schedules, and deliverables.
• Advise leadership on changes, risks, and opportunities affecting cost, schedule, or safety.
• Define inspection objectives, testing methodologies, acceptance criteria, and reporting needs.
• Develop execution plans covering staffing, mobilization, safety, quality controls, and timelines.
• Coordinate NDT equipment calibration, deployment and documentation before mobilization.
• Monitor progress and address challenges with field personnel and coordinators.
• Ensure compliance with client requirements, procedures, and industry codes.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, invoicing support, and project margins.
• Review technical reports and final deliverables for accuracy and quality.
• Promote safety and quality culture and continuous improvement.
• Identify opportunities for service expansion and operational efficiency.
• Build strong client and internal stakeholder relationships for satisfaction.
• Mentor and develop NDT technicians and project personnel.
