Job summary

Crystal Valley Decorating, Inc. is seeking a Full Time Sales Manager in Mankato, MN to increase sales and profitability of energy products and services while maintaining margins and delivering top-tier customer service.

The role requires a minimum of five years in sales management, a related degree (or equivalent experience), and a CDL license. Agriculture background is a plus, with competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of sales management experience.
• Graduation from an accredited related program (education may be substituted by experience).
• CDL driver's license required per policy; meet driver qualification standards.
• Agricultural background desirable.

Salary Range: $80,000.00 To $110,000.00 Annually

This position is responsible to increase the sales and profitability of energy products and services, maintain appropriate margins, and provide excellent customer service to assigned territory and/or accounts.

Pay Range: $80,000-$110,00 starting depending on experience + bonus

Requirements:

• Graduation from an accredited related program. Relevant experience may be substituted for education.
• Minimum of five year of sales management experience
• Demonstrated experience understating customers' unique problems and determining the best fit for their needs
• Agricultural background desirable

Candidiate must have a valid CDL driver's license, meet the driver qualification standards established by the self-insured group in which the cooperative is a member and comply with Crystal Valley's drug and alcohol policy.
