Job summary

Crystal Valley Co. is seeking a Full Time Sales professional in Mankato, MN to grow sales and profitability of energy products and services within an assigned territory. The role requires a valid driver's license, strong customer insight, and a proven outside sales track record.

Compensation includes a $60k–$80k base range with potential bonuses, a 401(k) match, profit sharing, and company-paid benefits. This is a field-based role with potential for career growth within the cooperative.

Salary Range: $60,000.00 To $80,000.00 Annually

This position is responsible to increase the sales and profitability of energy products and services, maintain appropriate margins, and provide excellent customer service to assigned territory and/or accounts.

Pay Range

$60-80k starting depending on experience + bonus

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited related program. Relevant experience may be substituted for education.
• Minimum of two years of outside sales experience
• Demonstrated experience understating customers' unique problems and determining the best fit for their needs
• Agricultural background desirable

Candidates must have a valid driver's license, meet the driver qualification standards established by the self-insured group in which the cooperative is a member and comply with Crystal Valley's drug and alcohol policy.
