Responsibilities
- Design, operate, grow, and improve large-scale, computer-based services
- Own and operate endpoint management platforms, including Microsoft Configuration Manager/SCCM, Microsoft Intune, and Jamf
- Partner with endpoint engineering, service desk, cybersecurity, and support teams
- Own the full-service lifecycle, from platform health to automation
- Set technical direction, mentor other engineers
