Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Endpoint Management Engineer to own the full service lifecycle for Windows and macOS platforms using SCCM, Intune, and Jamf. You will partner with engineering, service desk, cybersecurity, and field teams to design scalable, reliable endpoint services and drive automation.

You will mentor engineers, lead backlog discussions, and translate customer needs into architecture that meets quality of service expectations, including resilience modeling and outage

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical field.
• 5+ years of IT/systems administration experience.
• Automation experience in deployment, recovery, or manual processes.
• Experience with n-tier solutions.
• Resilience modeling including failure mode analysis.
• Ability to simulate outages for automated and manual solutions.
• Experience translating customer and technical requirements into service architecture.
• Experience leading backlog discussions and standups.
• Healthcare environment experience preferred.
• 5+ years IT experience preferred.
• 3+ years administering Windows and macOS management platforms including Intune, SCCM, and Jamf.

Responsibilities

• Own and operate endpoint management platforms and lifecycle health.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (endpoint engineering, service desk, cybersecurity).
• Design, scale, and operate services for Windows and macOS devices.
• Define standards for scalable device management and service performance.
• Lead and mentor engineers; represent the service in backlog discussions.
• Influence software engineering to align with QoS expectations.
• Improve monitoring and automation to ensure durable fixes.
