Job summary

SitusAMC is seeking an experienced Endpoint Management professional to oversee the timely delivery of standardized hardware and software to internal and external users worldwide.

The role requires deep knowledge of endpoint provisioning, imaging, OS updates, and patch management, plus strong leadership to coordinate global deployments and vendor relationships. You will drive KPI reporting and continuous improvement of ITIL processes.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in technical field or equivalent education/experience.
• 6+ years in Endpoint Management or related field.
• Knowledge of VDI, Active Directory, O365, Windows OS and file shares.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with user groups to ensure operational stability for applications.
• Build relationships with key user groups to resolve business issues across org lines.
• Analyze issues and allocate resources to address IT incidents.
• Lead endpoint provisioning, imaging, policies, and software packaging.
• Plan global deployments, patches, OS updates, and policy changes.
• Provide KPI reporting on endpoints and patching activities.
• Manage vendor relationships and budgets for endpoint projects.
• Escalate issues and conduct root-cause analysis when needed.
• Contribute to SOPs and knowledge base updates.
