Skywalk Global is seeking an Endpoint Engineer to support SCC and enterprise software deployment. The role focuses on deploying patches, troubleshooting failures, and maintaining secure, compliant endpoint environments. You will work with security and infrastructure teams to prioritize risks and implement remediation.

Proficiency with Windows 11, Intune, and MECM/SCCM is required, with several years of experience in endpoint management and customer-facing support.

Aufgaben

• Develop and maintain deployment packages using Intune, MECM/SCCM or similar platforms.
• Automate software deployment workflows for efficiency and scalability.
• Collaborate with application owners and security teams to evaluate updates and risks.
• Monitor vulnerability reports from Rapid7, Qualys, Tenable, Defender for Endpoint, etc.
• Troubleshoot deployment failures and configuration problems; provide root-cause analysis.
• Maintain documentation for packaging standards, procedures, baselines, and change management.
• Work with infrastructure, security, and servicedesk teams to ensure endpoint reliability and security.
• Evaluate new technologies and automation opportunities to optimize endpoint management.

TheStateCorporationCommission(SCC)isseekinganEndpointEngineertosupportenterprisesoftwareandpatchdeploymentactivities.Thisroleisresponsibleforreviewingendpointvulnerabilitymetricsandexecutingremediationthroughtargetedsoftwareandpatchdeployments.Theengineerwilltroubleshootdeploymentfailures,patchingissues,andconfigurationproblems,providingdetailedroot‑causeanalysisandcorrectiveactions.Additionally,thepositioncontributestomaintainingasecure,compliant,andreliableendpointenvironmentacrosstheorganization.

ResponsibilitiesInclude:
