Job summary

SitusAMC is seeking an experienced Endpoint Management Leader to oversee provisioning, deployment, and support of endpoint devices globally. You will manage imaging, software packaging, security patches, and group policy changes while coordinating with user groups and vendors to ensure service quality.

The role requires strong hardware/software knowledge, ITIL familiarity, and excellent communication. Remote-friendly with potential global responsibilities and a competitive base salary.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in technical field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 6+ years of industry and/or relevant experience, typically with 1+ years in a Senior Associate level role or external equivalent.
• 6 year of experience in Endpoint Management or related field.
• Comp TIA Network+ and A+ certifications are a plus
• Microsoft certifications are a plus
• Knowledge of advanced computer hardware, including desktops, laptops, smartphones, and end user facing network configurations
• Extensive experience with VDI, Active Directory, O365, Windows OS and File shares
• Familiar with Windows server OS 2012 and above
• Proficient in basic network and security fundamentals
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a focus on rapport-building, listening and questioning skills
• Strong documentation skills and a willingness to assist with documentation
• Self-Starter with ability to work as part of a team and individually as required by specific project needs
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize
• Possess the traits of having patience, being thorough and innovative
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to conduct research into a wide range of computing issues is required

Responsibilities

• Oversee timely delivery of standardized equipment to end users; internal or contracted external users.
• Builds relationship with key user and operation groups to identify and resolve business issues.
• Resolves information services problems by analyzing issues and reallocating resources as necessary.
• Market to and train the user community on new products, services, features, and processes as they apply to Endpoint Services.
• Maintain high level of customer satisfaction with regards to reliability and functionality of our supported computers.
• Generate and monitor appropriate management reporting tools for endpoints.
• Evaluate and select hardware standards, including global laptops.
• Negotiate bulk hardware purchases with manufacturers and resellers.
• Manage the endpoint provisioning process, including imaging, policies, and software packaging.
• Plan and execute global deployments, including security patching, OS updates, software deployment, group policy changes.
• Provide lead on technical projects with budget, monitoring, and vendor relationships.
• Forecast systems needs for leading, supporting, informing, and improving endpoint management operations.
• Assess requirements, plan, implement, monitor, and report on KPIs for endpoints (patching and lifecycle).
• Oversee all endpoint-related requests, incidents and problems.
• Participate in root cause analysis of widespread issues.
• Escalate issues to upper management and assist in remediation planning.
• Provide data and reporting of KPI’s and trends to upper management.
• Participate in outage/emergency communications.
• Manage vendor relationships for daily operational needs.
• Contribute to SLAs improvements for Endpoint Management.
• Perform post-resolution follow ups with end users and teams.
• Alert management to trends in incidents and ITIL processes.
• Handle confidential data.
• Continuously improve technical/management skills.
• Review and revise SOPs and FAQs for end users/clients.
• Such other activities as assigned by manager
