Job summary

The Scripps Research Institute is seeking an Information Technical Analyst III to manage Unified Endpoint Management across macOS, iOS, and Windows devices. The role focuses on Jamf Pro and Microsoft Intune, with integration to Active Directory, Entra ID, and M365 services, ensuring secure, compliant access and device lifecycle control.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Windows and Mac OSX system administration experience.
• Extensive hands-on experience administering Jamf Pro and Microsoft Intune.
• Knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, and Microsoft 365 services.
• On-campus position requiring 5 days per week onsite from our La Jolla campus.

Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, and optimize Jamf Pro and Microsoft Intune environments.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy configuration profiles, compliance policies, scripts, and deployments for macOS, iOS/iPadOS, and Windows devices.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues ensuring high availability of endpoint management services.
• Implement security baselines, compliance controls, and endpoint protection policies.
• Maintain documentation for configurations, workflows and SOPs.
• Oversee Apple device provisioning using Apple School Manager and Windows provisioning using Intune.
