Job summary

Apex Fintech Solutions LLC is hiring a Senior Endpoint Engineer to own how Windows and Mac devices are enrolled, configured, secured, patched, and retired. You will lead Intune on Windows, Jamf Pro or Kandji with Apple Business Manager on macOS, and Entra ID/Okta for device trust.

This role treats device management as software engineering: policies, scripts, and profiles are code, reviewed in Git, and rolled out with reversible, staged deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related technical discipline or equivalent work experience.
• 6+ years in endpoint or systems engineering with hands-on administration of Intune and Apple MDM.
• Deep Intune expertise: compliance, configuration profiles, Autopilot, app protection, Scope Tags, and custom RBAC.
• Jamf Pro or Kandji experience: policies/Blueprints, profiles, zero-touch enrollment.
• Apple Business Manager experience (VPP, automated enrollment).
• Policy-as-code and GitOps experience: IaC modules and CI pipelines with code review.

Responsibilities

• Own Intune end to end: compliance, configuration profiles, Autopilot, app deployment, Scope Tags, RBAC.
• Manage Jamf Pro or Kandji and Apple Business Manager including zero-touch enrollment and app deployment.
• Design and enforce Conditional Access policies with security and identity teams.
• Ship MDM policy as code across macOS and Windows with a GitOps model and CI/CD.
• Automate patching and third‑party app updates to reduce exposure windows.
• Build integrations across Intune, Jamf/Kandji, Entra ID, and cloud platforms using PowerShell and Python.
• Lead endpoint incidents, set technical standards, document architecture decisions.
• Evaluate new tools and apply AI to improve security, reliability, and UX.
