Job summary

Accenture Federal Services is seeking an experienced endpoint engineer to join our team that oversees ~20,000 devices across Windows, macOS, and BYOD mobile devices. You will design, deploy, test, and support configurations, OS deployments, and compliance policies to keep our fleet secure and up to date.

The role requires strong PowerShell and Bash scripting, expertise with Microsoft Intune and Jamf Pro, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years’ experience in the Information Technology field with significant experience working with endpoint management solutions like Microsoft Intune and Jamf Pro, including PowerShell and Bash scripting
• Proven ability to work independently, and as a team member
• Excellent communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organization, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, deploy, and support endpoint configurations, policies and OS deployments
• Manage a fleet of devices including Windows, macOS, and BYOD mobile devices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure policy and configuration compliance
• Develop and maintain scripts to automate repetitive tasks and deployments
