NTT DATA is seeking a hands-on Endpoint Deployment & Deskside Support Engineer to join our team in Hyderabad, India. The role focuses on PC provisioning, endpoint management, and end-user support, with experience in SCCM/MECM OSD and Intune Autopilot.

You will deploy Windows devices, provide deskside and remote support, troubleshoot deployment issues, manage kiosk devices, and create detailed technical documentation while using ServiceNow and TeamViewer.

Competenze

• 2–3 years in Endpoint Deployment or Deskside/Field Support
• Hands-on with SCCM/MECM OSD and Intune Autopilot
• Experience with ServiceNow for incidents/requests
• Strong technical writing and documentation skills (mandatory)

Mansioni

• Build, provision, and deploy Windows devices using SCCM/MECM OSD and Intune Autopilot.
• Provide Deskside and Field Support for desktops, laptops, peripherals, and workplace technologies.
• Troubleshoot deployment, enrollment, and application issues.
• Support setup, configuration, and maintenance of Windows Kiosk devices.
• Manage Incidents and Service Requests through ServiceNow, ensuring timely resolution and documentation.
• Provide remote support using TeamViewer and Remote Desktop.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including PC build, provisioning, kiosk setup, and troubleshooting guides.
