Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a Systems Engineering Senior Specialist - Endpoint Management to join our team. The role focuses on Windows patching, software deployment, Autopilot provisioning, and vulnerability remediation within enterprise Windows environments.

Strong hands-on experience with Intune and WUfB is required. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end patching cycles, deploy Win32 and Store apps, and oversee Autopilot provisioning across devices, with emphasis on security and modern device

Qualifications

Experience with Microsoft Intune and Windows Update for Business (WUfB)
Experience deploying and managing Intune-based applications and Autopatch
Experience with Windows Autopilot provisioning and device enrollment workflows

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end Windows patching using WUfB deployment rings
Configure Intune Update Rings, feature/update policies, and expedited updates
Administer Intune Autopatch deployments and servicing operations
Monitor patch compliance and troubleshoot update failures
Deploy and manage Win32, MSI, Microsoft Store, and Line-of-Business apps via Intune
Configure and manage Autopilot profiles and provisioning workflows
Troubleshoot enrollment, provisioning, ESP, and profile assignment issues
Support lifecycle activities including provisioning, refresh, replacement, and rebuild
