Job summary

Dhaka Technologies Limited Company (DTLC) is hiring an Endpoint Engineer to support DHS Desktop Support Services in a hybrid environment with in-person meetings in the DMV area as required.

The role leads enterprise endpoint engineering across Microsoft Intune, SCCM/MECM, and Azure, including device provisioning, patching, and compliance, as well as hybrid identity management and automation. The ideal candidate will mentor junior engineers and collaborate with DHS stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with substantial professional experience.
• 5+ years of SCCM software packaging and patching.
• 5+ years of Intune Autopilot administration.
• Expertise in Intune/SCCM device enrollment, policy management, and compliance.
• MDT/SCCM imaging, including WIM capture and OSD.
• Knowledge of Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 and Windows 11.
• Active Directory, DNS, and GPO management skills.
• VMware vCenter and SQL Server experience.
• Experience with IAVA processes, Cyber Command releases, testing, approval and deployment.
• Networking, VPN, and certificate authentication expertise.
