Job summary

Wayfair is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the global Endpoint Engineering team responsible for corporate devices, including 80,000+ computers, VDI, and mobile devices. You will define strategy, drive automation, and partner with Security, IT Services, and Retail Ops to deliver secure, scalable digital workplace capabilities.

You will oversee endpoint governance, tooling, and lifecycle management, while building strong cross-functional partnerships and delivering AI-enabled tool adoption across

Qualifications

• Experience managing large-scale endpoint environments (10,000+ devices).
• Expertise with Intune/SCCM, Jamf, Google endpoint, and SureMDM.
• Strong knowledge of endpoint security, governance, and Zero Trust.
• Experience with POS/Retail infrastructure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of endpoint engineers.
• Own strategy, roadmap, and governance for computing platforms (IOS, Windows, Android, Azure VDI).
• Drive automation, zero-touch deployment, and platform scalability.
