Job summary

Walden Robotics is seeking a Senior IT Support Engineer to lead end-user technology strategy in Cambridge, MA. You will own device lifecycle, identity and access, and A/V management while driving cross-functional projects with HR, Facilities, Security, and Engineering.

The role combines hands-on support with strategic IT program ownership. You will manage onboarding at scale, build out workplace tech, mature service-desks, and automate tooling.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in end-user IT support with progressive responsibility.
• Experience owning cross-functional IT initiatives end-to-end (onboarding, ITSM rollout, identity/MDM migrations).
• Experience with onboarding new hires and enterprise device lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Own complex, cross-functional IT projects end-to-end and coordinate with HR, Facilities, Security, and Eng.
• Be the escalation point for end-user tech across Linux, macOS, Windows, iOS, Android; drive root-cause analysis and permanent fixes.
• Own end-to-end onboarding, device provisioning, access management, and offboarding processes.
