Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ years of relevant programming or analytical experience. Including development and experience with writing complex queries using SQL.
• Experience in working in a data warehouse environment and ability to work with large data sets from multiple data sources.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to present information to various audiences.
• Strong collaboration skills within and across teams.
• Claims/Encounters experience in healthcare industry.

Responsibilities

• Write simple to complex SQL queries, procedures, and reports for data analysis.
• Define, identify, develop, and implement system enhancements to support business goals.
• Develop and prioritize system updates; execute test scripts and report outcomes or defects.
• Write and modify queries, interpret results, and perform root cause analysis to craft solutions.
• Manage multiple projects and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Establish relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
