CVS Health is seeking a Senior Analyst, Informatics (Encounter Technical Analyst) to analyze and document data, perform root cause analysis, and develop reports for encounter data needs. You will write complex SQL, support system enhancements, and work across teams to deliver actionable insights.

Required experience includes SQL proficiency, data warehouse exposure, and strong communication skills within a healthcare context.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of relevant programming or analytical experience including complex SQL queries.
• Experience in a data warehouse environment with large multi-source data sets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to present to varied audiences.
• Collaborative work style across teams; healthcare/encounters experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document business data and processes; conduct root cause analysis.
