CVS Health is seeking a Senior Analyst, Informatics (Encounter Technical Analyst) to analyze and document business data and processes, and to create reports supporting healthcare data needs. You will write SQL queries, analyze encounters, and contribute to system enhancements while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

The role emphasizes experience with data warehouses, healthcare claims/encounters, and strong communication.

Qualifications

1+ years of programming or analytical experience including writing complex SQL queries.
Experience in a data warehouse environment and working with large data sets from multiple sources.
Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences.
Ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

Write simple to complex SQL queries, procedures, and reports for data analysis of trends or anomalies.
Define, develop, and implement system enhancements to support strategic goals.
Develop and run test scripts; report outcomes and defects.
Proactively participate in development and prioritization of system updates and enhancements.
Establish relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support business needs.
