Qualifications

1+ year of programming or analytics experience with SQL.
Experience in a data warehouse environment and handling large data sets from multiple sources.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication for diverse audiences.
Proven collaboration across teams in healthcare/claims data.

Responsibilities

Write simple to complex SQL queries, procedures, and reports for data analysis.
Identify and implement system enhancements to support strategic goals.
Develop and prioritize system updates; execute test scripts and report results.
Write/modify queries, interpret results, perform root cause analysis, and craft short- and long-term solutions.
Manage multiple projects and coordinate with stakeholders.
Establish relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
