Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Analyst, Informatics (Encounter Technical Analyst) to analyze and document business data and processes, and to create reports supporting business needs. The role focuses on claims and encounter data analysis and reporting.

The candidate will write complex SQL, participate in system enhancements, and collaborate across teams to deliver data-driven solutions within a healthcare context.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of relevant programming or analytical experience.
• Experience in a data warehouse environment with large data sets from multiple sources.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to present to diverse audiences.
• Strong collaboration skills within and across teams.
• Claims/Encounters experience inHealthcare Industry.

Responsibilities

• Write SQL queries, procedures, and reports for data analysis.
• Identify and implement system enhancements to support business goals.
• Develop and execute test scripts; report outcomes or defects.
• Interpret results, perform root-cause analysis, and propose solutions.
• Manage multiple projects and deliver results.
