Job summary
Intercontinental Exchange (ICE) Mortgage Technology seeks an Elevated Engineer to act as a client-facing technical advisor. You will deliver and optimize solutions, stabilize production, and drive strategic platform transformation across the mortgage loan lifecycle.
You will partner with clients, orchestrate cross-functional teams, and troubleshoot complex issues, ensuring successful implementation of new features and streamlined workflows.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise SaaS or mortgage clients.
- 5+ years of hands-on Encompass experience.
- Background in Encompass Administrator, Consultant, Customer Support, or equivalent.
- Deep understanding of the loan lifecycle from origination through purchase and delivery.
- Ability to act as a trusted advisor to executive-level stakeholders.
- Strong communication and presentation skills translating tech to business terms.
- Excellent organization, prioritization, and project management skills.
- Ownership mindset in high-pressure, SLA-driven environments.
Responsibilities
- Drive resolution of complex production issues with escalation management and root cause analysis.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for high-impact client issues.
- Act as a trusted technical advisor across ICE Mortgage Technology products, services, APIs, and integrations.
- Guide and support clients through adoption of new products and transformations.
- Advise on optimal utilization and oversee client service requests.
