Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience is required.
• Four to eight years of related experience is required.
• Knowledge of the Professional Employer Organization (PEO) industry is preferred.
• Workday or HCM product knowledge and experience is required.
• Proficient knowledge of business processes for a targeted group of departments.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office programs and demonstrated ability to learn other application programs.

Responsibilities

• Participates in business and functional requirements gathering sessions with assigned departments.
• Maintains excellent customer service standards to ensure high satisfaction.
• Understands goals and objectives of leveraging a unified HCM platform and digital applications.
• Understands functional business requirements and process flows for assigned departments.
• Creates appropriate test flows and scripting for system integration testing and user acceptance testing.
• Performs appropriate integration, migration, and user acceptance testing for system functionality and usability.
• Collaborates effectively with other team members and departments.
• Creates and maintains training materials for user community as needed.
• Creates and maintains training materials for new hires.
• Creates and maintains functional business requirements and process maps.
• Facilitates training for end users within the digital ecosystem.
