Job summary

Insperity in Houston, TX is seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to design, develop, and maintain technology training programs for the Sales Organization. You will translate complex software concepts into role-based learning experiences and collaborate with SMEs across departments.

The role requires deep expertise in CRM platforms like Salesforce, data cloud, and automation tools, plus strong communication, project management, and cross-functional leadership to drive technology

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a job-related field or four years of equivalent work experience.
• Six to Eight years of instructional design experience, including curriculum development and blended/online training.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM technologies; advanced knowledge of Salesforce Platform.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with SMEs to develop dynamic technology learning solutions.
• Translates complex software concepts into role-based learning experiences.
• Applies instructional design principles to develop objectives, sequence activities and assessments.
• Develops CBT programs, videos, job aids, simulations, and web-based instruction.
• Leads cross-functional training projects and coordinates development activities.
• Maintains in-app guidance and training materials for the Sales Organization.
• Measures training effectiveness and reports on metrics.
