Job summary

Insperity is seeking a project implementation specialist to engage with clients from kickoff through training. You will learn to configure systems via SQL scripting and manage software setup with experience staff support.

The role focuses on delivering accurate configuration notes, integrating HR/payroll/accounting interfaces, and training administrators and users on Insperity Business Performance solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, MIS or related field required.
• Experience in system integration, HR or accounting preferred.
• Technical support or training experience preferred.
• Strong communication and multi-project coordination skills.
• SQL or FoxPro database experience important.

Responsibilities

• Lead client discussions and training for enterprise project implementations.
• Configure systems via SQL scripting and product configuration.
• Create and review configuration notes before client delivery.
• Set up client software and verify responses with experienced staff.
• Coordinate with analysts to tailor ongoing system requests per project.
• Configure interfaces to integrate HR, payroll, or accounting systems.
• Test interfaces to confirm complete integration.
• Provide client administrator/operator training on Insperity software.
• Document issues and update configuration notes as needed.
• Collaborate to improve customer experience and satisfaction.
