Job summary

Thomson Reuters is seeking a Senior Manager, Internal Enablement to bridge new AI capabilities with marketing and communications teams. You will own onboarding, training, and adoption across tools, while translating capabilities into practical daily use for hundreds of users.

The role is a senior IC with significant autonomy and visibility, partnering with business leaders, IT, and platform vendors to ensure continuous improvement and impactful enablement across the organization.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in enablement, learning and development, technical training, or operations at a technology or high-growth organization.
• Hands-on comfort with modern AI tools such as LLMs, AI assistants, and agentic workflows.
• Excellent facilitation and communication skills, comfortable running live training and writing clear documentation.
• Curiosity about the broader technology and AI landscape, with a habit of translating outside best practice into practical internal action.

Responsibilities

• Tool onboarding and rollout: own end-to-end onboarding for new tools and platforms and create rollout playbooks and guides.
• User experience and adoption: identify friction points, simplify workflows, and gather actionable user feedback.
• AI capability training and fluency: design and deliver training on new AI capabilities and build scalable enablement models.
• Partner capability and industry intelligence: track vendor roadmaps and bring best practices into our model.
• Continuous improvement: measure adoption and satisfaction, pilot new enablement approaches based on data and external benchmarks.
