Job summary

Thomson Reuters is seeking a senior AI and marketing technology leader to turn our AI strategy into production-ready capabilities. You will own the AI skills library, lead a team of AI engineers, and partner with engineering and data science to ship complete marketing workflows end to end.

You will set interfaces, govern quality, and ensure portability across platforms while delivering measurable business impact in demand generation, content, web, lifecycle, and analytics.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience architecting and shipping production AI applications.
• Deep fluency in B2B marketing and martech data stack.
• Strong foundation in data engineering, pipelines, and governance.
• Track record of building a capability or platform from scratch and scaling it.
• Experience leading engineers as a hands-on builder-leader.
• Ability to influence across teams and manage dependencies.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Architect, build, version, and maintain AI skills powering marketing workflows.
• Lead and grow a team of AI engineers while being hands-on.
• Translate AI use-case portfolio into shipped capabilities with timelines and quality.
• Coordinate with engineering and data science teams to define interfaces and delivery.
• Deliver complete marketing workflows from brief to channel-ready output.
• Embed with demand gen, content, web, lifecycle, and analytics teams.
• Establish governance and guardrails for high-risk autonomous use cases.
• Ensure portability and avoid platform lock-in.
• Instrument outcomes like pipeline contribution and time-to-insight.
• Partner with enterprise engineering, IT, and commercial teams to integrate with broader architecture.
