Thomson Reuters seeks a senior leader to translate marketing AI strategy into production capabilities. You will own AI skills development, lead AI engineers, and collaborate with engineering and data science to deliver end-to-end marketing workflows across demand gen, content, lifecycle, web, and measurement.

You will ensure compliance, governance, and portability of solutions while measuring impact on time-to-insight and adoption.

Formación

• Hands-on experience architecting and shipping production AI applications: agentic workflows, skill and context engineering, orchestration, retrieval, and tool and API integration.
• Deep fluency in how B2B marketing works and the technology behind it, built by delivering data, analytics, or AI capability for marketing teams.
• Strong technical foundation in data engineering, analytics engineering, BI, or software engineering; data pipelines and modern data platforms.
• Track record of building a capability or platform from scratch and scaling to real usage.
• Experience leading engineers as a hands-on builder-leader, setting technical direction.
• Proven ability to deliver through influence across teams you do not own.
• Sound judgment on quality, risk, and governance in production AI.

• Lead and grow a team of AI engineers, while staying hands-on.
• Convert prioritized AI use cases into shipped, measurable capabilities with timelines and quality.
• Manage cross-functional dependencies with engineering and data science teams.
• Deliver complete marketing workflows from brief to channel-ready output.
• Embed with demand gen, content, web, lifecycle, and analytics teams.
• Build the compliance foundation with legal, privacy, accessibility, and content integrity checks.
• Establish engineering governance with clear ownership and guardrails.
• Engineer for portability and avoid platform lock-in.
• Instrument outcomes and raise accountability for workflow redesign.
• Partner with enterprise IT and commercial functions to integrate marketing AI with architecture.
