Thomson Reuters is seeking a Senior Manager, Internal Enablement to bridge new tools, AI capabilities, and business teams. You will own the enablement lifecycle, from onboarding to adoption, partnering with MarTech, IT, and platform vendors to translate capabilities into practical use.

This is a senior individual contributor role with significant autonomy and impact. You will design scalable training programs, build knowledge resources, and identify high-impact AI use cases, empowering hundreds

Formación

• 7+ years in enablement, learning and development, technical training, or operations at a tech or high-growth organization.
• Direct experience rolling out tools or platforms and driving adoption across a large, distributed user base.
• Hands‑on comfort with modern AI tools such as LLMs, AI assistants, and agentic workflows, and curiosity about applying them to real work.
• Strong instincts for user experience; you notice friction before users complain.
• Excellent facilitation and communication skills, comfortable running live training and writing clear documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end onboarding for new tools and platforms, from rollout to steady-state adoption.
• Build rollout playbooks, quick-start guides, and role-based learning paths to minimize friction.
• Partner with MarTech, IT, and platform vendors to plan releases, migrations, and go-live timelines.
• Continuously evaluate how teams actually use tools and identify friction points or underused features.
• Design and deliver training on new AI capabilities, translating technical capabilities into practical, everyday use cases for marketers and communicators.
• Build and maintain an internal knowledge base to scale AI fluency across the organization.
• Represent the organization in partner briefings, beta programs, and early-access opportunities.
