Job summary

Thomson Reuters Corp. seeks a Senior Manager, Internal Enablement to connect new tools and AI capabilities with marketers and communicators who rely on them daily.

You will own the enablement lifecycle, running onboarding, training, and adoption programs while translating roadmaps into practical, scalable enablement that delivers measurable results across the organization. This hybrid role offers autonomy and broad impact.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in enablement, learning and development, or technical training at a technology or high-growth organization.
• Direct experience rolling out tools or platforms and driving adoption across a large, distributed user base.
• Hands-on comfort with modern AI tools such as LLMs, AI assistants, and agentic workflows.
• Strong instincts for user experience and clear documentation.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end onboarding for new tools and platforms, from rollout to steady-state adoption.
• Build rollout playbooks, quick-start guides, and role-based learning paths.
• Partner with MarTech, IT, and platform vendors to plan releases, migrations, and go-live timelines.
• Design and deliver training on new AI capabilities and translate them into practical use cases.
• Build a scalable enablement model with training sessions, office hours, and an internal knowledge base.
• Measure adoption, usage, and satisfaction across tools and training programs.
• Represent our organization in partner briefings, beta programs, and early-access opportunities.
